Our Factory
The 15,000 m² Ferraz Brasil plant is located less than 15 minutes from Vitória Airport, and brings together state of the art technology across the entire production line.
The Hedel multiwire saw cuts blocks with diamond wires and a capacity of up to 15,000 m² per month, slabs then move through the SIMEC resin line with fully automated handling, and the Italian polishing line completes the process with a capacity of 120 slabs per day, ensuring shine, flatness, and a premium finish.
Founding family
A family business that grew with the stone.
Ferraz Brasil was founded in 1988 by Marcelo Ferraz in São Paulo, and established its operations in Serra, Espírito Santo, one of the richest stone producing regions in the world, in 1999. Over nearly 40 years, what began as an import business has grown into a complete processing and export industry, built on solid relationships with Brazil's leading mining companies. Today, the second generation works side by side with the founder, carrying the same obsession with rare material and commitment to quality.

Semiprecious, made in house.
Ferraz Brasil was one of the pioneers in producing semiprecious stone with our Allure line, which brings together crystals, amethysts and agates in a variety of sizes, colors and unique patterns. Everything is produced in our own factory, with specialized craftsmanship and know-how to guarantee the best finish and the highest durability of the material.
